If you’re thinking of upgrading to this GT style wheel from a lower end wheel you’ll be more than satisfied. As a USB sim steering wheel, with the right QR hub you can mount this rim to a Fanatec wheelbase, any MiGE style wheelbase or a Simucube direct drive wheel.
Thanks to the Cube Controls Universal QR hub mount installed on the rear of the chassis, the wheel is compatible with any 50mm or 70mm PCD QR mount. Windows will automatically detect the wheel as a game controller meaning you can be out on the track as soon as you boot your PC.
Genuine FIA Approved wheel
Cube Controls supply the GT Pro series wheels with several different rim choices from well-known Motorsport manufacturers. This is the FIA Approved Sparco P310 rim, a lush suede steering wheel at 310mm diameter. It has a flattened bottom and top matching a classic GT racing style.
The shape of the wheel not only gives you more control at higher degrees of rotation, but it also makes getting in and out of your sim rig a bit easier!

As we always expect from a topflight manufacturer like Cube Controls, the GT Pro Sparco is a beautifully constructed item that sets itself apart from the more standard items available from larger, high volume manufacturers. Once you’ve got your gloves on it you won’t want to put this wheel down!
Ultimate assignability
The high gloss 4mm carbon fibre front plate has a hand painted Cube Controls logo in the centre. It’s surrounded by various VR friendly buttons and rotaries including: 5 momentary buttons, two of them with a “toggle” flashing led indicator (useful for pit limiter, headlight flash and so on), two on/off toggle switches with status led (we use for ignition and engine start), 2 front rotary encoders (TC / ABS) and 2 side mounted “thumb” rotaries, and a very nice multi-directional joystick with integrated rotary encoder or “funky switch” as most of the sim racing community prefer!
This array of buttons, encoders and switches means that you can assign near complete control not only of the car’s functionality but also control over the simulator software itself. Use the funky switch in iRacing to control and make changes in the black box, which means on the fly fuel calculations and changes to pit stop strategy are made easy!
Extreme stiffness for highly detailed FFB
The wheel feels balanced (at 1610g) and the extreme stiffness of the construction (carbon and machined aluminium base) means you don’t lose any detail from your direct drive. The paddle shifters have 4mm thick carbon paddles and work comfortably and have a high-quality construction. Critically they are not noisy!
The best wheel for GT / Endurance sim racing
If you are interested in GT Endurance racing and want to periodically switch to lower category racing (say, in Mazda or Skip Barber) this is the wheel for you.
