We ship products in stock on the day of receiving the order (if ordered before 11:30 a.m.). Delivery takes usually 1 working day with DHL Express (up to 25kg weight), 2 to 4 working days per DHL Road (over 25kg).

Buy goods for over €500 including VAT and you will get free DHL shipping. *Does not apply to cockpits, monitor holders, seats and Heusinkveld products.

2 to 5 years manufacturer warranty

We offer a 24-month warranty (5 years for ActivePedals Ultimate), where repairs are done directly at manufacturer facilities or authorized service centers.
In case of a warranty claim, we organize and pay for the shipment to the manufacturer and back to you.
